On the road since several long weeks and it is a great year to focus on my personal and future projects.
Family archive: Programme + Logo that designed my mother for her independant cinema ‘Le Breteuil’ (Marseille, France, 1981). My dad was the projectionist.
Currently inspired by the fresh, the mixed and colourful universe of Brasil.
Pictures found on Farm’s blog.
Planning to get inspired by vernacular typography and other inspiring references to feed my graphic research. Some pictures will come soon !
Have a look at my recent mobile projection project I’ve done with Dave Lynch.
I’m going to produce two pieces of work for the Evil Gallery and their event ’3′ at beginning of December.
It’s not Christ on a bike, but it’s almost as rare – a rickshaw wheeling around projecting guerrilla images on to random London buildings! I can’t tell you the route – hey, we don’t want it blocked by the cops – but it will start in the West End and should end up in the the South Bank. Those rickshaws ain’t exactly speedy so it’ll be no sweat following it (why not by rickshaw?). This project is all about exploring urban spaces, new media and art installation, all rolled together and literally on the go. It’s a collaboration between artists Delphine Perrot and Dave Lynch – she designs and he invents, good mix. Expect looped words and horses and mad free spirits of light dancing across the evening metropolis – cool!

We are currently editing the video of the event using the very cinematic sounds from Origamibiro/Tom Hill (new album coming soon: Myspace/Facebook)
Currently collaborating with the artists boyleANDshaw to create an experimental ‘book machine’. People involved in the project: Adrian Shaw (curator at Tate Britain) and Teal Triggs. Check out their upcoming event here on November 10 2010.
