Work
Delphine Perrot’s work explores the relationship between movement, landscape and memory. Drawing is less a representation than a trace: of a gesture, a presence and a lived experience.
01
Drawings
Drawing lies at the heart of the practice. In Indian ink, graphite or watercolour pencil, each work grows from attentive observation of the living world.
02
Paintings
The paintings extend the drawing gesture into larger formats where matter, rhythm and landscape depth converse.
03
Installations
Installations move drawing into space and engage architecture, the body and the viewer’s presence.
04
Movement
Dance, walking and gesture run through the series as tools for perception and composition.
