An interdisciplinary art and research residency in Cavan, Ireland.

In 2026, I participated in ATTUNE, an interdisciplinary art and research residency in Cavan, Ireland. Bringing together local and international artists, researchers, educators and practitioners, the programme explored connections between nature, movement, sound and care through a collective and experiential approach.

Over the course of a week, we shared workshops, walks, sound explorations, embodied practices and research sessions within a rich natural environment. The residency placed particular emphasis on deep listening, attentiveness to others and collaborative forms of creation. This experience enriched my ongoing exploration of perception, presence and the relationship between body, landscape and community, while opening new perspectives on art as a space for encounter, care and transformation.
